SOURCE Consulting Group would like to welcome Theresa Hornung to the Source family! Theresa is a Finance/Information Technology professional with over 25 years’ experience, primarily in the Legal Industry. For the past 20 years, she has managed law firm financial systems and worked with firm management and end-users to ensure the maximum benefit from those systems. She has worked extensively on Elite’s 3E and Enterprise Time and Billing Systems, focusing on upgrades, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, process improvements, data validation and balancing issues, as well as working directly with the Accounting/Finance and Information Technology staff to resolve issues.
In addition to her experience with Elite, Theresa has worked with vendors such as Intapp and Select Associates to install/upgrade applications such as Intapp Time and *Collect, and worked closely with the vendors on developing and validating the necessary integrations between the systems. Prior to joining Source, Theresa worked for ten years at Ballard Spahr LLP and was the in-house project manager for the Firm’s conversion to Elite 3E and subsequent upgrade as well as providing the daily support for all of the Firm’s Financial Systems. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Holy Family University and is a Thomson Reuters Elite 3E certified consultant.
