KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide consulting services related to deployment and optimization of infrastructure for Thomson Elite’s Enterprise and/or 3E, Aderant’s Expert, and Intapp’s applications
- Develop custom solutions for customers of Thomson Elite’s 3E application using Elite’s 3E IDE, Elite Design Gallery, and Biztalk
- Perform the “Technical Lead” role on 3E implementation and upgrade projects which includes consulting with the client on possible customizations, development of customization specifications, estimating the hours required to develop said customizations, and development of customizations as specified
- Guide clients on technical infrastructure configuration for financial and its ancillary systems
- Guide clients on disaster recovery best practices
- Perform custom report development using tools like Microsoft’s SSRS
- Setup and provide training to clients on user/role security access
- Work directly with Project Manager to create project plans; deliver written and oral status reports; participate in client meetings; and manage other consultants
- Identify and document client’s system requirements
- Consulting services related to deployment of back office operational systems including Human Resources (HR), Fixed Assets, and Payroll and expense management systems
- Manage communications with client/vendor/Source personnel to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Adapt to projects of varying complexity and size, potentially happening simultaneously
- Provide detailed functional testing plans, custom development specifications, and report specifications during implementations
- Perform best practice business and operational process reviews including but not limited to areas involving Client Billing, New Business Intake (NBI), Accounts Payable and Expense Management, General Ledger, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Human Resources (HR) Management and New Hire intake
- Provide assistance on internal practice development projects including intellectual property development for cross client application
- Participate in public speaking opportunities at industry conferences and seminars, author whitepapers for publications in industry publications
- Attend vendor “boot camps” as directed by Source which provide the opportunity for platform advanced functionality training and certification
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree (or higher) with a Major in Information Technology, Programming, or related discipline.
- 5 years + experience in programming, technical analysis, database administration
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Attentive to detail, achieving deliverables to target deadlines and specifications
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Valid passport required
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE
- Current experience (within the past 5 years) using Intapp applications (required)
- Current experience (within the past 5 years) with Financial and Accounting systems such as Aderant’s Expert or Thomson Reuters Enterprise / 3E or any other similar system (preferred)
- Elite Design Gallery (preferred)
- Elite 3E IDE (preferred)
- 5+ years in complete SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
- 5+ years with development in Visual Studio .Net, XSLT and ASP.NET
- 5+ years utilizing Microsoft SQL Server management
- 1+ years’ operating SSRS Reports and/or Power BI
- 1+ years’ with Biztalk and/or Intapp (preferred)
- 1+ years’ with Windows Workflow Foundation (preferred)
