SOURCE Consulting Group, LLC (“Source”, “us” or “we”) would like to put forth the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms” or “Terms of Use”) that shall apply to your use of our website: sourcegroup.com (“site”). By accessing, browsing, reviewing, using, etc. our site, you are subject to these Terms as well as all applicable laws, and you, by taking any of the aforementioned actions, hereby agree to comply with these Terms. Services Inquiries and Information Requests

Throughout our site, users are encouraged to contact us in order to request additional information about our services and other related offerings. Any requests made, whether they be made via phone, e-mail, text, fax, mail, through our Service Request Form, etc., do not formally engage you, your business or any party affiliated with you with us. Source only enters into services and related agreements if these arrangements are documented and signed by all parties involved, including Source. Any responses from us to parties that are not currently under contract with us should not be considered as legally binding or as official advice. Additionally, we reserve the right to, in our discretion, reject any requests for information, materials, etc. for any reason whatsoever.

Source is not responsible for the content posted by users on our site; however, by posting on our site, you forfeit your right to ownership of your post. We reserve the right to use, share, publish and/or otherwise exploit your post and/or its contents in any manner we see fit, and you hereby waive any claims against us for alleged or actual infringements of rights of privacy or publicity, and other rights, in relation to our use of your post. Precedence of Terms, Amendments and Waivers

These Terms and Conditions of Use establish the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written and/or oral agreements between the parties with regard to such subject matter. These Terms may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties, nor may a waiver by either party be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default, unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized Source representative.
